This dummy camera doesn't just emulate a real IR-based night vision outdoor surveillance camera... it is one! All the expensive parts have been removed but nobody needs to know that. In fact the blinking LED will make miscreants think this faux camera is watching their every move. The multiple IR LEDs and the removable rain shield just add to the realism.
